The increase in armed conflicts, social tensions, and violent attitudes in the modern world makes the concept of peace and the work to be done in this direction even more relevant. Peace is not just an idea or a desire — it is a skill, a process that can be learned and taught. Peace education serves precisely this purpose: to teach people to build a world free from violence, based on mutual understanding and cooperation.  The Caucasus region has historically been a place where different cultures, religions, and peoples converge. While this diversity, on the one hand, is a source of wealth and potential, on the other hand, it can lead to conflicts if not properly managed. This is why peace education is especially important in the Caucasus — it serves as a powerful tool for creating unity and understanding in diversity.  Maintaining stability in the region is an important condition not only in terms of security, but also for social and economic progress. In societies where peace and mutual understanding exist, investment flows, tourism, and opportunities for cooperation increase. This is the foundation of both local and regional development.  Peace education in the Caucasus serves not only to prevent the recurrence of past conflicts, but also to create a more inclusive, stable and development-oriented environment for future generations. This form of education calls for taking real steps to make peace not just an idea, but a part of everyday life.  Peace education develops people's critical thinking skills, enabling them to approach conflicts through dialogue, rather than violence. This is done by instilling values such as empathy, understanding, social responsibility and human rights. Peace education is not only aimed at preventing war, but also at recognizing and preventing all forms of violence in everyday life - at school, in the family, in society.  Understanding between people is becoming more difficult every day. Different members of society only defend their own position without listening to each other. In such an environment, peace education teaches young people to be open to different ideas, to listen to the other side and to build empathy. This serves to form a more sustainable and healthy society.  Peace education begins in the family, continues in school and is formed in society.  Peace education is one of the most effective tools for shaping the peace-loving generations of the future. This form of education should be presented not only as a subject, but as a way of thinking and a way of life. As mutual understanding, a culture of listening and empathy are formed between people, society will become more just and non-violent. If we want a safer, more just and humane future, we must start peace education today.

On July 15, 2025, members of the piano course operating under the “Tea House” presented a traditional report concert for their parents. At the concert, young performers performed works by such great composers as Azerbaijani and world classics as Fikrat Amirov, Uzeyir Hajibeyov, Tofig Guliyev, Johann Sebastian Bach, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Ludwig van Beethoven and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. July 11, 2025.The books donated by ADA University to the "SARAL Development and Education Center" were delivered to their readers today. The children got acquainted with the books and read them. The donated books were placed on the shelves as the first books of the library created at the center. On June 29, 2025, the XII United Congress of the "League of Health Professionals" was held in Tbilisi, at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Nigar Mammadova, an active member of the "Development and Education Center", a volunteer and a third-year student of the medical faculty of the David Agmashenebeli University, also participated in the conference. At the end of the conference, Nigar Mammadova was presented with a certificate by the well-known Bulgarian orthognathic surgeon and professor Altar Varol.

 On June 28, 2025, the next training of the “Wiki Club SARAL” project took place at the “SARAL Development and Education Center” located in the village of Yukhari Saral. 📚 During the training, participants get acquainted with the rules for writing articles on the Wikipedia platform, using correct sources, and the main features of the encyclopedic language. Young people also participate in practical tasks and prepare articles on different topics. 👥 At this stage, 7 active club members participated in the training. On June 27, 2025, the next, III competition of the “Tusi” mathematics club took place at the “Saral Development and Education Center”. The competition was held in an interactive format, individually and in groups on the Kahoot platform. A total of 25 participants demonstrated both their quick thinking skills and logical approaches. In the individual game, Nurana Abbasova won by answering 14 out of 18 questions correctly. In the group game, the “Common Divisors” team won 1st place by answering 16 out of 20 questions correctly.  On June 28, 2025, the V and final training of the "Bright Smile" project was held at the "SARAL Development and Education Center". A total of 18 people participated in the training.  During the training, the participants were first given detailed information about gum diseases such as periodontitis, periodontitis and gingivitis. Then, the development path of dentistry from ancient times to the present day was discussed. Young people were introduced to historical knowledge and made interesting comparisons with modern innovations in dentistry. The most interesting part of the training was the practical stage! The participants were divided into groups and participated in a game called "Dental Consultation". Through this game, they both applied the knowledge they learned and had fun. During the training, Khumar Abbasova asked questions about braces, and Abdulmatin Aliyev and Alsavar Karimov asked questions about their personal dental problems. At the end of the event, the young people took a commemorative photo and shared the energy of this day together. On June 22, 2025, the "Training Club" for youth began operating under the "SARAL Development and Education Center". Trainings and activities will be carried out within the club for the development of youth and increasing worldview.The first training was conducted by trainer Fagan Abbasov on vocational education and education abroad. A team of 5 "Tea House" junior chess players was represented by 5 people at the degree competitions of the Georgian Chess Federation held in Tbilisi on June 21-22, 2025. In the competition, one of the team members Ayhan Asgarov successfully completed the first stage to move to the II degree with 5 points and was awarded III place in the competition.Among the other chess players, Rizvan Aliyev moved to the IV degree with 5 points.

On June 21, 2025, the next, fourth training of the "Bright Smile" project was held at the Tea House.During the training, young people were informed about oral cavity problems such as gum diseases - gingivitis, periodontitis, periodontosis, caries, pulpitis and periodontitis and their complications. A team of 4 "Tea House" junior chess players was represented at the Georgian Chess Federation's degree competitions held in Tbilisi on June 14-15, 2025. One of the team members, Ayhan Asgarov, successfully completed the III degree with 4.5 points. Other chess players Timur Kalayev and Ali Aliyev successfully completed the first round of the III degree with 5 points each.

On June 8, 2025, "Ilia State University" in Tbilisi organized a Chess Tournament among students. 60 students participated in the tournament held according to the Swiss system. "Tea House" young chess player, preparatory course student Gasim Aliyev won 2nd place in the tournament, scoring 6 points out of 7 possible. Gasim Aliyev also received a ticket to participate in the Inter-University Georgian Championship.

On June 8, 2025, an educational event for children was held at Tea House within the framework of the "Fairy Tale Nights" project jointly implemented by the "Bright Future Youth Center" and the "SİMART" Healthy Development Platform. Speaking at the event, the head of the "Bright Future Youth Center" Araz Musayev noted how important reading and education are for a person.
