On June 21, 2024, the fifth meeting of the "GES Youth Energy+" program dedicated to the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World" was held at the "Tea House" under the organization of the "Development and Education Center".
Opening the event, Emin Ahmadov informed about the activities of the platform. Later, young volunteer Aytekin Allahverdiyeva told the youth about COP29 and a documentary about global warming was shown for the youth.
In the second part of the meeting, the action called "Ball rain" organized by the "Development and Education Center" with the aim of increasing young people's interest in healthy lifestyle and sports was launched. The opening of the action was symbolically dedicated to the topic of ecology.
In the action, a quiz was organized with the participation of young people, and the participants answered interesting and entertaining questions prepared on the topic of the meeting. The winners of the quiz were Sanan Omarov, Alkhan Yusubova, Narmin Gojayeva, Alik Safarov, Fikret Bayramov, Narman Nabiyev, Heyder Sharayev, Nazli Kablayimusayeva, Aykhan Yusibov, Nurtan Askarova and Naida Bayramova. The winners were presented with 11 balls donated by Marneuli resident Rukhan Mammadov.
As part of the action, quizzes will continue in the following weeks.
