A youth chess tournament dedicated to November 8 - Victory Day was held at Tea House, organized by the "Development and Education Center". 26 youth and young chess players from "Tea House" and "SARAL Development and Education Center" participated in the tournament.
In the tournament, which consisted of five rounds, chess players with degrees and those who are relatively new to chess competed in two different groups. In the first group, Ali Aliyev (Tea House), who scored 4 points out of a possible 5 points, took 1st place, Timur Kalayev (Tea House) and Ayhan Askerov (Tea House), who scored the same points, took 2nd and 3rd places.
In the second group, Amin Yusubov (Saral Development and Education Center), who scored 4 points out of a possible 5 points, took 1st place, Hajar Yusubova (Saral Development and Education Center) with the same score, took 2nd place and Demetre Khakhiashvili (Tea House) took 3rd place.
At the end of the tournament, the winners were awarded diplomas and medals.
The competition was organized by members of the "Tea House" chess club, Gasim Aliyev and Tacir Allahverdiyev
